The Deepspot Mission freediving competition has been launched, and can happen on August 5-7, 2021, at the Deepspot pool in Mszczonow, Poland.
Deepspot is the deepest freediving pool on the earth, reaching 45.45m/~149.1ft.
The competition dives will take an extraordinary layout, with contestants following the following steps:
- Divers drop to the target depth the usage of any procedure, FIM, CWT, CNF, with out weights.
- Divers ascend to a depth no shallower than 2m/~6.5ft.
- The dive continues as a static, with the divers with the longest dive time topped the winner.
The competition will characteristic every experts and nonprofessionals. The target depth for experts is 44m/~144feet and 20m/~65feet.
