Recent action of the OMERSUB SpA constraints of sales to Russia and Ukraine through online shops (e.g. via the website

www.scubastore.com ) caused a great disturbance in our community.
Proclamation has already been announced - not to buy OMER products, which supports by most active users of russian spearfishing Internet.
We plan also to appeal to EU and Russian Federation anti-monopoly authorities.
We understand that your company is a private, independent and free to irrespectivly take certain decisions, according to the chosen development strategy. We also appreciate the advantages of a number of your products. And your company's contribution to the development and promotion of spearfishing in Russia and Ukraine. Products sold under the brand O.ME.R., SPORASUB and ONE have been considered as an elite.
We are also well understand that one of the goals of any private company is extracting the maximum possible profit, but do not forget that there are certain rules under which this profit must be obtained.
Based on the abovementioned, we believe that these actions to restrict free competition, may be extremely detrimental to the image of your company, formed over decades. This can lead to a significant reduction in market share, occupied by the products of your company in this region, and consequently to decrease in profits for your company.
We offer you as soon as possible to re-consult with all interested parties and may adjust the decisions, as well as report them to the open form.
In case of failure of respond to our legitimate demands, we reserve the right to openly encourage members and guests of the russians spearfishing Internet resources to ignore the purchase of goods under your brand throughout Russia and abroad. We going by all lawful means to promote spearfishers in purchases of other brand names similar products, which will, undoubtedly, cause significant damage to the image of your company.
