The National Marine Sanctuary Foundation has launched a web-based toolkit to bolster neighborhood-led efforts to appoint novel national marine sanctuaries.

The toolkit affords a step-by-step course of on how to provide protection to treasured areas in the ocean and Mountainous Lakes as a sanctuary.
